You control your KreaTivLab account data. From Settings you can update your profile and creator preferences, export a copy of your account data as JSON, review consent choices, and permanently delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, generated media, projects, connected-channel records and workspace content.

You can authorize KreaTivLab to work with third-party services on your behalf. Today that means Google / YouTube, used to read channel information and analytics you have granted access to, and to publish videos you choose to upload. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, are never shown in the app, and you can disconnect at any time.

KreaTivLab uses artificial intelligence across certain creative, analytical and creator-business tools. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or important decisions.

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs currently persist while the account remains active. When an eligible AI operation fails, reserved credits are released or refunded through the existing credit workflow.

You remain responsible for what you publish. Before sharing or uploading, review your generated content for accuracy, confirm you have the rights and permissions for any material you use, include sponsorship and advertising disclosures where required, disclose synthetic or AI-generated content where required, meet the requirements of the destination platform, and check publishing metadata such as titles, descriptions and thumbnails.
