Terms of Service

KreaTivLab is a product of XtraLynk Technologies LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KreaTivLab.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use KreaTivLab in line with our acceptable use policy and all applicable laws.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, or generate prohibited content.

Plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing period and does not roll over.

Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account remains active.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

You own the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, the outputs you generate in your workspace.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.

When you publish a generation or vault item to KreaTivLab Templates, you keep ownership of your content. You grant XtraLynk Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that template on the platform, and — when you enable recreations — you allow other members to use it as a starting point for their own creations.

Only publish content you have the rights to share. Templates that violate our Acceptable Use Policy may be removed, and repeated violations can lead to account suspension.

You can edit or unpublish a template at any time from My Templates. Copies or recreations made by other members before removal may remain with their creators.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI providers may occasionally be slow or unavailable.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
