KreaTivLab is a product of XtraLynk Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use KreaTivLab.
Information we collect
Account information such as your email address, display name, and optional avatar.
Creator profile details you provide during onboarding, including niche, platforms, audience, and goals.
Content you create in the app: prompts, generated drafts, brand voice profiles, projects, and calendar entries.
Usage data such as credit consumption, generation history, and basic technical logs used to keep the service reliable.
How we use your information
To operate your workspace, run AI generations, track credits, and personalize outputs to your brand voice.
To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability and quality of the product.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content for advertising.
AI processing
Prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI model providers through our AI gateway in order to generate content.
Outputs are stored in your workspace so you can review, edit, save, and schedule them.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so each account can only access its own records.
Access to production systems is limited, and credentials are stored as encrypted secrets.
Your rights
You can update your profile at any time, export or delete content you have created, and request account deletion.
